Kay triumphed over Nikki Roxx on the Shine 10 live stream, which took place in the month of May 2013 in order to qualify for the Shine Championship. Lexie Fyfe ejected Kay after she interfered in the main event, which featured Angelina Love (an ally) and Rain. Kay was back at Shine 13 when she was paired with Ivelisse to defeat Amazing Kong and Jessicka havok.
